At Budget Cleaning & Housekeeping Services, we commit to delivering top-tier cleaning services and high-quality retail cleaning supplies. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our clients and shoppers, our policy regarding retail product returns and service cancellations is outlined below.


1. Retail Cleaning Products (Physical Goods)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return window.

  • Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your items to request a return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping and transit costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photo proof, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Housekeeping & Professional Cleaning Services

We understand that schedules change. Because we book out professional crews and reserve specific time slots for your home or business, we require advance notice for scheduling changes.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total invoice amount (or 20% of the deposit collected).
  • No-Crew Access: If our cleaning crew arrives at your premises at the scheduled time and is unable to gain entry or access after 15 minutes of trying to contact you, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the 20% fee will apply.

3. How to Process a Return or Refund

  1. For Products: Contact our support team via email with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return mailing address.
  2. For Services: Please call or WhatsApp us directly to cancel or modify your booking.
  3. Refund Processing: Once your returned product is received and inspected, or your eligible service cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
