 Terms of Service 
The Client agrees that any use of Budget Cleaning & Housekeeping Svcs, including placing an order for services over the telephone, e-mail, web site form shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Service.

When booking a cleaning service, the Client is obliged to provide details of name, address, telephone, e-mail address and the payment details over the phone. As soon as this information has been submitted the Client will be sent an e-mail, Client is then required to reply and confirm the appointment. No service will be provided until we have received the email confirmation, Admin Fee/ Security Deposit/ Cleaning Fee.

The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change.  
Differences in excess of 15% or more will be discussed with the Client prior to the start of the work.
The Company uses average room sizes when calculating the price.

All quotations are valid for 1 (one) month unless stated in email.
Admin Fee, Security Deposit, Advance Booking Fee and Cleaning Fee are not refundable, transferable and payable prior to first cleaning session.
Admin Fee cannot be used to offset any outstanding cleaning fees. Security Deposit is strictly refunded by offsetting against last month cleaning fee upon termination of service. 
The Client shall provide all cleaning equipment, aids, tools and liquids. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order.
The Client must ensure there is running water and electricity at the premises where the service takes place.

The Client may choose to issue the Cleaner with keys that allow access to the property to be cleaned at his/her own risks. 

Clients agree not to employ or otherwise engage the services of the recommended cleaner on a private basis without the Company’s prior written consent.
Clients shall ensure that Cleaner’s timesheet is duly signed and acknowledged upon completion of each cleaning session. Timesheet may be submitted via our website.

The company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of property or person.

In any event whereby the cleaner/ cleaners are unable to finish the cleaning on time, additional hours can be arranged and will be charged according to the package prevailing rates.
The cleaners reserve the rights to reject task that may endanger their safety. Exterior window cleaning or cleaning at heights more than 3 meters is strictly not allowed.
For Client's convenience, all fees can be paid via PayNow, DBS I-Bank, ATM Funds Transfer, Interbank GIRO, Cheque. Client shall inform Budget Cleaning when payment is made.
A 5% late payment fee shall be imposed for overdue invoices. Budget Cleaning reserves the right to suspend or terminate service till payment is made.
Budget Cleaning & Housekeeping Svcs company policies ensure that your information will be treated with the utmost care and respect.  We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Occasionally, Clients will receive brief advertising announcements regarding latest promotion and updates. If you no longer want to receive these updates, please email us to unsubscribe.
The Company reserve right to change all terms and conditions and rates without prior notice.
