• Clean windows and grilles
 - Interior only- Man’s height
• Clean doors and gates
• Sweep balcony (if any)
• Clean all bathrooms (incl tiled walls, floor, basin, toilet bowl & fittings, etc)
• Sweep or Vacuum all floor areas
• Mop all floor areas
• Clean kitchen area (incl stove & hob, sink, countertops & fittings, ext of fridge, etc)
• Clean exterior of all furniture
• Clean interior shelving (if empty)
• Clean interior of cabinets (if empty)
• Clean fans (if any)
• Clean wall skirting
• Clean glass surfaces (incl mirrors, doors, etc)
• Other chores as requested
Note: CNY Spring Cleaning rates shall apply to all cleaning done during peak season from 20 Dec 2014 to 28 Feb 2015. |
